Meet Our Researchers: Dr. Merle Schatz at the International Summer School of Renmin University with a course on "China in the Anthropocene"

Anthropocene is the age in which human influences determine the development of ecosystems and thus the basis of future life. Anthropocene discourses address the impact of human activities on nature, question the economics of growth and reflect on the ways in which nature and culture, knowledge and politics are interconnected.
