SUMMARY:Reading: 高子文《故乡》Hometown by Ziwen Gao
DESCRIPTION:高子文《故乡》Hometown by Ziwen Gao\nYing Ming Theater group\n\nDate: November 11\, 2022\, 03pm – 05pm\nLocation: Humboldtalle 32\, 2-104\, Göttingen\n \n**This event is held in Chinese!** \n语言：中文 \n联系：yingming.theater@gmail.com \n海报：刘思忆/ 敖玉敏 \n剧情：为纪念鲁迅先生《故乡》发表一百周年，编剧高子文创作了三幕喜剧《故乡》。 \n  \n \nLanguage: Chinese \nContact: yingming.theater@gmail.com \nPoster: Siyi Liu/ Yumin Ao \nSynopsis:\nTo mark the centenary of the publication of Mr Lu Xun’s Hometown\, screenwriter Gao Ziwen has created a comedy in three acts called Hometown. University students Li Xin and Li Fei Fei return to their rural hometown in Jiangnan and see that their hometown has been transformed by the construction of the new countryside\, and also observe the profound changes and fragmentation of rural society. The play focuses on the collision between modern civilisation and traditional ideas\, and objectively records the cultural transformation that is taking place in the new countryside in the new era. The work has a comedic atmosphere\, but also uncovers the tragic core of the characters\, which is highly compelling. \n\nProducer 出品 \n\n\nSponsors 赞助

SUMMARY:Global China Conversations #15: Foreigners Leaving China - What Consequences for Multinationals and the Chinese Economy?
