We kindly invite you to this week’s lecture by Maoliang Bu, jointly organized by the Institute for International Law and European Law, Sino-German Institute for Legal Studies and CeMEAS!
The presentation consists of a couple of papers on China’s environmental issues from the perspective of globalization and corporate social responsibility. Some interesting questions include: Is China a pollution haven of foreign direct investment? Do multinational enterprises race to bottom in China? Does corporate social responsibility play a role? How is the evolvement of pollution industry flight across regions in China?
