Review: Göttingen China Workshop on Globalization and Development

The Göttingen China Workshop on Globalization and Development brought together scholars from universities in China and Germany to discuss current research on innovation, trade, and economic development.

Organized by Andreas Fuchs, Lei Li, Krisztina Kis-Katos, and Xiaohua Yu, the two-day event featured presentations on technology innovation, environmental impacts of trade, and firm-level development.

The workshop fostered lively academic exchange and collaboration between participants from institutions such as the University of Göttingen, Sun Yat-sen University, Peking University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
